We have moved away from the traditional way of doing viewings. Following COVID we wanted to reduce the number of people in and out of houses and with a new super high demand for rentals, we weren’t able to offer everyone a viewing fairly anyway. So we decided to take high quality virtual video viewings and tours to allow an applicant to view the property remotely and make a decision based on that along with the pictures, floorplan and description.
We have created in depth application forms that gather all the relevant information we need about a tenant. Our system then makes a landlord version with the key information (minus contact details). We will send the applications over to you so that you can review them and make a decision on your preferred applicant or a shortlist of a few applicants. We can then offer a viewing to your selection meaning much higher quality viewings with appropriate applicants who are actually interested in proceeding.
Once they have viewed and are happy to proceed, we can then proceed to Step 5. If you have picked a few people and all of them want it after viewing, we will then ask who you would like to proceed with.
