Have you considered investing in Skerton?

This investment could give a gross return of 6.75% and that’s based on paying the full asking price!

Today we though we would feature this 2 bed house on Alexandra Road. It is up for sale with a local Morecambe agent (although the house itself is in Lancaster)

With an asking price of just £79,950, it caught our attention, especially when you consider that two other agents are marketing homes on this street at £100,000.

The details show it be in good order.  The agent describes it as being well presented and it is double glazed and gas central heated.  There is no chain,  meaning if you are quick,  there is still chance to get a sale completed before the new stamp duty changes came into force.
