The rental market in Lancaster and Morecambe is on fire – fantastic news for local landlords!
Since we returned to the office after the first lockdown in late May we have been inundated with applications and enquiries – over 2,000 in fact! That means that in the last 9 months over 2,000 households have been looking to move into or within the Lancaster and Morecambe area. One recent example was a two-bedroom townhouse in Beaumont – we have over 100 applications on this one alone!
