This is a great little house in central Lancaster, tucked away on Albion Street and close to the canal. It’s up for sale with my own agency, the current landlord has decided it’s time to retire.
It may need a little updating but we think at £85,000 it’s a steal. Even if you paid the asking price, the gross yield is still above 7%.
Parking in Lancaster can be difficult, so any tenants who chose to live here will be pleased to find a residents parking scheme in operation. Tenants can also cycle into the city along the canal tow path. This is quite a popular way of commuting for hospital workers too (a great source of tenants in lancaster)
Check out the property details on Rightmove. Here’s the link for you. We think it will get snapped up quickly though!
