Renter Survey – Ep. 5 – Reputation Matters

In our final look at the 2022 Renter Survey by Property Academy, in association with Dataloft, we focus on the topic of ‘Reputation Matters’ Reputation is so important and takes a long time to build. We have worked tirelessly to maintain a good reputation through exceptional customer service and high standards.

The statistics show that the reputation of the agents, landlords and the various aspects of customer service they provide are seriously considered by tenants and also offer insights in where we need to improve. Constant improvement and adaptation to change is key to stand out from the crowd.

Our journey at analysing this survey has really brought to light, the many considerations landlord need to have when considering an investment property and for us, as agents, how we can best market that asset and offer useful advice.
