I’ve looked at the details and it looks to be very clean and tidy.  There are two bedrooms,  the master en-suite.  What I like about it though,  is the fact it has it’s own private entrance!

So what’s the catch?  If there was one,  these apartments don’t come with parking.  However we already rent two other ground floor flats here which also have no parking and they’ve always been quickly snapped up.   Your tenant can get a on street permit space for just £40 per annum or park securely in the nearby Park Safe car park.

Another plus is that Sainsburys is literally in your doorstep!
