The growth trend has continued in the rental market with a new record high of £997pcm – increasing for the 6th month in a row. When we exclude London, the average rent is £854 – a 6.4% increase on last year.
Looking more specifically at the Northwest – our average rent now sits at £790pcm which is a 4.2% increase on last year.
