What a month January has been. I think we all expected tougher restrictions in January but not a full lockdown!
The housing market started strong in all areas – until the announcement on January 4th that schools were closing, shops had to close and people had to work from home where possible.
Interestingly sales agreed finished strong, however many people considering moving decided to put their plans on hold as home-schooling took priority for many.
